From every point you can think of. All our materials and processes exceed performance code requirements, but the story does not end there. We went a step further and went through full accreditation of our manufacturing process with ICC. Full compliance with the latest IBC and IRC codes is monitored through production and each assembly that leaves our factory has a code compliance stamp.

It all starts with an estimation. We schedule a meeting and provide you with a free cost estimation and timeline based on your location and scope. The process may vary from project to project, but in general, with a full package, it means that after the order is signed, you will work with our design team to plan every detail of your home. Once the planning stage is completed, foundation construction and factory production begin. We will build your house, conduct a final inspection, and once the certificate of occupancy is issued, you can start a new chapter in your life.

The process does not differ from any other on-site traditionally built home. There are many modular home loan programs available like Salem Five or Valley Bank but in general we can help and aid the process with your bank or any other bank or housing program available in the US – especially to first–time buyers.

House construction lasts from 3 to 4 months. The duration depends on factors like location, complexity of the design and materials used. In our initial estimates, we provide you with a detailed timeline. If you already have a design ready, we can adapt it to our processes and begin production within a few weeks. However, if we design the house for you, the process may take an additional 2-4 months, as it’s crucial to capture and incorporate all your specific needs.

We have several warranties ranging between 5 and 20 years as the house is not a single product or material. Standard warranties include a 5-year warranty for our European Tilt and Turn Window, regardless of the base material chosen. We have full service and maintenance throughout the US. For structure and framing there is a minimum 10-year warranty and for roofing, depending on the location and materials, it ranges between 15 to 20 years.

Good architecture can change the way you live. So why would we limit it? This is one thing we realized working on small- and large-scale projects over the years. Homes are very personal, so this is why we offer custom-made houses. Because every detail, functionality and layout content, materials and colors of your home should reflect what you are and what you want to become. Everything is easier when you wake up with a smile.

Yes. We also offer a “shell-only” option. Our standard shell package includes the full structure of the house, framing, sheathed walls including gypsum panels, insulation, windows, water and vapor barriers and siding or façade. Once we install the house you can hire your local contractor to finalize the remaining skim coats, flooring, tiling, or painting. You would still get the warranty for elements provided by us like windows and framing.

Good thing about our system, while its advanced construction, it keeps all the features of traditional on-site built homes. Meaning you do not need specialized people to maintain your home neither the process differs from any other home in the US. A full set of plans including a digital twin of your home is given to you at the end so you would never have to guess the position of a wire, stud, or any other element in the future.
